Do I need to be there for the quote?
No. Give us the address and a manager will stop by, look at the building, and send the quote over. Plenty of customers never meet us until the first clean, though we are happy to walk the building with you if you prefer.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. Pause, change frequency or stop at any point. There is nothing to sign and no cancellation terms.
How often should we clean?
Storefronts and restaurants usually run monthly or bi-weekly. Offices and medical buildings typically do exteriors quarterly and interiors once or twice a year. We will recommend a frequency for your building, and you can change it at any point.
Do you clean inside and outside?
Either or both, whatever you need. Screens, frames and tracks too if you want them done.
Are you insured?
Fully insured and bonded in every market. We will send certificates of insurance before the first visit if your property manager needs them.
